All Hail to this new ‘On-line ‘ ‘ Pens of the Earth ‘ magazine in conjunction with ‘Star & Crescent ‘ On-line magazine. A whole different way of viewing, observing, absorbing, contributing to all subjects throughout the Portsmouth and Southsea areas not only as an interested spectator but able to participate by submissions on most / all subjects relevant in keeping with their format.
